coach and assessor worked with the Call Centre
Team over a period of 8 months helping them to
develop the necessary sales skills and confidently
apply them.

- Correspondence Skills
The Challenge: To improve the standard
of business writing within the Customer Care Call
Centre at EDS, operated by teams speaking a total
of 17 European languages, ensuring minimal time
away from their desks.
The rts solution: A series of short,
sharp drop-in training workshops supported by
one-to-one coaching (by an rts letter-writing
expert) for each team member at their own desk.
